Green A Lawn was built around a simple idea: homeowners deserve informed lawn care from people who are accountable for the result.
How it began
A tradition of practical lawn care in northern Indiana.
Green A Lawn began when Duane VanWagner saw a need for lawn-care professionals who were both educated and genuinely invested in the work.
After more than two decades of serving area homeowners, Duane entrusted the company to Kurtis Castleman in 2014. Kurt studied Turf Science at IPFW and brought years of hands-on turf experience, including work as a golf course superintendent.
Today, Green A Lawn remains family owned and operated. The mission is still to bring lawns to life through strong customer service, quality products, and recommendations grounded in how turf actually grows here.
